However, we know that there are some rare instances when you need some help with a return. Do not be bothered at all because we have provided enough information that will help you process your return:
Please be informed that no returned merchandise will be accepted without the return authorization. In order to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions, please call our toll free number and speak with our customer representative. For us to credit you in the same manner as your original payment, you should inform us within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
Customers may return any "unopened" products or merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, customers will be responsible for both the original outbound shipping charges and the return shipping charges.
On the other hand, opened products or merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery. However, return of open products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will cover the cleaning, testing and repackaging expenses. Same with the unopened product, customers will also be responsible for both the original outbound shipping charges and the return shipping charges. Opened returns must be in salable condition with original materials and packaging.
When it comes to special orders or products which have been specially ordered for you and drop shipped by the manufacturer, there are no returns allowed. Please understand that these items are not regularly stocked at our warehouse which is why they cannot be returned.
For cancelled orders, please keep inmind that an order that has already been shipped can no longer be cancelled. In case the customer refuses an order, roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
As we always remind our customers, kindly take the time to inspect the goods before signing the delivery receipt from the carrier in order to avoid receiving damaged products. In case you suspect damage or if the cover or carton may look damaged but the product inside the box are perfectly fine, please note “possible shipment damage” on the delivery receipt while the delivery man is present. This will still give you the guarantee in case the product has a possible damage. Finally, if you see obvious damage on the products delivered to you, please do not sign and/or refuse delivery and immediately contact us through phone. This way, we can process the appropriate claims and prepare a product replacement if necessary.
We also encourage customers to test the purchased product within 15 days of receipt. This will help us provide quick remedy in case of mechanical problems. Defective products are always subject to testing.
